Daniel Allen

The GOLDSTEIN Divorce & Family Law Group is pleased that Daniel Allen has joined our team. Daniel completed his law degree at the University of York (England) in 2022. Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Ottawa in 2019, providing him with a strong foundation for understanding people, families, and communities.

Daniel is dedicating his career to family law, a field that inspires him because of the opportunity it provides to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Daniel is passionate about guiding clients through challenging times with compassion, clarity, and practical advice. Daniel works closely with clients on matters involving parenting, support, and property division, always striving to resolve disputes in a manner that reduces conflict and stress while protecting what matters most.

Outside of his law practice, Daniel enjoys playing hockey, golfing, and testing his strategic thinking through chess. He brings the same dedication and thoughtful approach to his personal interests as he does to his family law work. Daniel practices in association with Allan Goldstein. He is not an employee or partner of Allan Goldstein, Allan Michael Goldstein Law P.C., or the GOLDSTEIN Divorce & Family Law Group.
